Großer See mit Hütte, Remise, Freiflächen und Wald

A beautiful, large lake in the middle of greenery and in the middle of the Hohe Mark Nature Park. The area is completely fenced and opaque. Here you can work undisturbed.

On the lake grounds you will find a beautiful cottage, 2 wooden walkways in different sizes and a shed made of logs.

There are also woods, forest paths and trails on the grounds.
The lake has a water surface of 18000 m² and has shallow water zones as well as deep areas up to 18 m depth. The access to the lake is navigable. A slipway allows the launching of boats.

A sports motorboat, a rowing boat, diving equipment, fishing equipment, a surfboard and a stand-up paddling board are available and can of course be used.

Tables, benches, sun loungers as well as 2 beach chairs are available.

We have planted vineyards on the north shore (south facing slope). Between the vineyard plots there are various horizontal levels, some with beautiful roof plane trees. We have set up various places where sun sails can be put up.

Toilets etc. are on the premises. There is plenty of parking space for vehicles. Electricity is well distributed at different spots. Further rooms for mask and wardrobe are available in the immediate vicinity.

The beautiful location is situated between the Lower Rhine region and the Westphalian Münsterland in the northwest of North Rhine-Westphalia and is very easy to reach via the A31.
