Welcome to the heart of urban wild growth in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg! Hidden away in a charming industrial area is Hamburg's first organic brewery - Wildwuchs Brauwerk Hamburg. Since 2018, the unconventional world of beer has been unfolding here in its original variety of flavours, and all of it is organic.
This event location is more than just a brewery - it is an open meeting place, especially for the neighbourhood. The adjoining taproom offers a selection of eight special Wildwuchs beers fresh from the barrel at weekends and during numerous events.
The Wildwuchs Brauwerk Hamburg also opens its doors for private celebrations such as weddings and birthdays. The special atmosphere, the good vibes and the wide range of products on offer make every occasion an experience that will not soon be forgotten. The brewery is also a proud partner of Regionalwert AG and is socially committed and involved in regional co-operations, such as with the Bahde organic bakery.

Sustainability
What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
Wildwuchs is Hamburg's only organic brewery. Since 2023, we have been sourcing part of our electricity from our own solar system. We pay attention to sustainable products and work exclusively with certified organic raw materials. We are also part of the Economy for the Common Good network (GWÖ).

Yes, there is a small selection of organic wines for wine lovers. Those who prefer not to drink alcoholic beverages can choose from soft drinks and non-alcoholic beer, also in organic quality, of course. Long drinks, cocktails and spirits can be ordered on request.
