Veritable Lounge im Weingut Balthasar Ress

Veritable is the name of the commercial agency for international producers founded by Christian Ress together with his friend from his youth, Olivier Brun. The lounge in the Ress family's manor house bears this name because Christian Ress and Olivier Brun designed the space specifically to meet the needs of welcoming and hosting international partners. And in the wine business, that means eating together at the same table and drinking good wine - and, best of all, watching the chef at work.

The room is designed around the central, open kitchen and offers a representative setting for wine tastings, hospitality or cooking courses for smaller groups of up to 20 people (maximum 16 at the table and 4 at the counter). The professional technology also makes it ideal for meetings or online conferences. The espresso from the Italian portafilter machine then ensures alert spirits.
