There is not much we can do in terms of energy and construction, as the building is a listed building.
Instead, we focus on resource-saving management. We have long-term partnerships with regional service providers and suppliers. When purchasing, especially for catering, we pay attention to short delivery routes and sustainable, value-oriented suppliers. Our office is organised almost completely paperless.
For us, sustainability also means preserving a historic building like our castle and giving it a purpose.
