With this idea we started first with the vault and only gradually emerged other rooms for rent.

We tore out the stables with a mini-excavator, removed everything except for the lem layer and removed the entire soil from the ground up. Then we created a new floor structure and installed underfloor heating. The walls were sandblasted and everything was re-plastered. Then it was time for the interior design with lighting technology for a bright room (e.g. for seminars or company events) or a dimmed atmosphere. Also for party fans there is the right thing with our color changing light or the disco ball. With the installation of a bar in old wood design incl. refrigerator for drinks and glass washer you can celebrate a cozy end at the bar. In this area everything is handicapped accessible or suitable for baby carriages and also in the WC for enough space gesort.

Furthermore, the room Traunsteinblick was created, which is suitable for smaller celebrations.

In the fall of 2020, the next room was built on the upper floor. The panorama room. This is somewhat larger and can be rented for more space.
