The Gjaid-Alm at the foot of the Dachstein massif is located at 1738m above sea level in the municipality of Obertraun and is easily accessible by the Dachstein cable car. Nestled in a hollow in the middle of the Dachstein-Salzkammergut UNESCO World Heritage Site, the alpine hut is a highlight in the midst of untouched nature. The Gjaid-Alm has accommodation for about 100 people, 50 of them in double and multi-bed rooms and 50 in the dormitory. There is room for up to 100 people in the 3 guest lounges. Depending on the occasion, we create individual offers and guarantee an unforgettable stay in our house.
