mein.sachsenwald is a special hotel in the historic Sachsenwald forest on the outskirts of Hamburg. Since May 2023, we have reopened the historic Forsthaus Friedrichsruh after a subtle refreshment and reorganisation.

mein.sachsenwald is the proverbial 'oasis' in the Sachsenwald forest and offers discerning travellers and connoisseurs a wonderful place to stay in comfortable rooms, studios or entire houses for up to eight guests. Relaxed public rooms and lounges, the historic Max-Schmeling Hall and our huge garden complement this oasis in a very special way.

Forsthaus Friedrichsruh has always been a popular venue for family celebrations, very special parties or simply a small, private meal. We are very happy to continue this tradition and invite you to enjoy our #radicalregional cuisine as part of extraordinary celebrations and parties.
