With the best game creations from the region, refined fish specialities and delicacies for our vegetarian and vegan friends.
We attach great importance to sustainability, less waste and regionality. To this end, we are very careful about the quality and origin of our products. We even grow most of the herbs for you in our small herb garden. Here you can really enjoy with a clear conscience.

We regularly offer special experiences, coaching sessions, creative workshops, sporting activities and our WaldesRuh flea market. We have therefore set ourselves the goal of being more than just a hotel and restaurant. We want to offer you an optimal experience that goes beyond delicious food and a good night's sleep!
Our concept is based on sustainability - and not just when it comes to food. We emphasise sustainability in everyday life. We achieve this primarily through "taking care of ourselves" and communication.
Our suppliers all come from the region, so that long transport routes are avoided.
We are way ahead in terms of less waste, there are no buffets - instead we have regional and seasonal menus, most of the food is completely processed, e.g. we make our own syrup for lemonade from the cucumber peel.
Employees are deployed according to their strengths and are constantly undergoing further training.
We work largely without paper, do without tablecloths and use ecological cleaning agents and refillable soap products.
