The 100 square metre Heykes & Karstens loft in the heart of Eimsbüttel is the perfect place for your event: the bright and inviting space offers the right atmosphere for open discussions and productive work.

Located on the 3rd floor of an industrial villa with a quiet inner courtyard, the space is accessible via a goods lift or the staircase.

The large windows create an open, bright atmosphere, which is complemented by a small jungle of plants. This also serves as a natural room divider between the work area with chairs, tables, digital flipchart, video conferencing system, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV and many other office materials and the lounge area and open-plan kitchen.

The lounge area consists of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, microwave, oven, large fridge and a sofa, armchairs and the ever-expanding bookshelf.

There is also a soundproof booth that can be used by one person for undisturbed phone calls, audio recordings or quiet online meetings.
