Event location for rent: Hall approx. 145 sqm

Rental period: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. the following day (different handover times by arrangement)

Costs: 300€ (plus 90€ cleaning fee)

Including:

• WCs, disabled toilet

• Showers and changing rooms

• Chairs and tables (unlimited quantity)

• High tables with covers (4) and side tables (2)

• Sofas (5)

• Ventilation/ heating/ blinds

• Outdoor area with fire pit and seating (including firewood)

• Projector and screen

• Music system with laptop and Spotify access

• Party lighting (spotlights)

• Fog machines

• Crockery and cutlery for up to 60 people

• Car park (20 parking spaces)

Rules and booking:

• Tables and chairs are available in any quantity. You must set these up yourself. Sofas, bar tables and side tables may be moved. Music equipment and spotlights may not be moved.

• When returning the room: Tables, chairs and other furniture may be left set up. Dirty crockery must be collected on the trolleys provided. Unreasonable dirt must be cleaned up by the guests themselves (spilt drinks, vomit, etc.).

• Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

• All doors and windows to the event area must be consistently closed after 10 pm.

• Deposit: 100€, will be transferred back after 2 days.

• Cleaning fee: 90€, includes:

  Emptying rubbish bins, taking away glass waste, sweeping+wiping in the hall, cleaning toilets, putting the bar back in place and tidying up, taking tables and chairs away again, cleaning fabrics, tea towels etc.
