Restaurant & beer garden at the KOCHfabrik near Hamburg

Patrick Diehr never really considered opening his own restaurant . Then he found the former manor house and the large barn at Peiner Hof. A long avenue of imperial lime trees leads directly to the 200-year-old manor house.

It stands there proudly - as if it had just been waiting for the KOCHfabrik. Four metre high ceilings with stucco decorations, sweeping chandeliers on the ceiling and a view of the nature reserve. He renovated his "golden treasure" with a lot of passion and opened it in June 2017. On the ground floor, a restaurant awaits you with changing dishes and fine dining in the evening. In good weather, you can head outside to the large sun terrace with lounge area.

In summer, the spacious beer garden attracts guests from all over Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg.
