The original locomotive shed is a relic from the time when Neustadt as a port and trading location was dependent on the railway connection. In 1928, the former locomotive shed was put into service for the first time.

Today, the "Eventfabrik" is a trendy event location with a futuristic design. Weddings, company events, birthdays, balls, concerts, conferences, trade fairs and other events can
take place in
the premises.


In addition to the large hall with around 500m² of usable space, a historic locomotive carriage and annex are also available for smaller events. In the rear area there is a beach club which invites you to relax in good weather.

All areas are equipped with the latest sound, lighting and media technology.
