• We clean the air in our seminar room with a professional H14 HEPA filter. All particles in the air that are larger than 1 thousandth of a millimetre (0.1 μm) are removed. (Pollen, fine dust, soot particles, but also viruses and bacteria) All odours are also removed. The result is clean, fresh breathing air - you can concentrate much better, protection against infection increases significantly and you simply feel better.

• A very good price-performance ratio. The room can be hired for as little as 120 euros (half day) or 190 euros (full day). There are also no hidden costs, e.g. high prices for coffee and water. For example, the coffee and water flat rate per person/day is only 6 euros! (Jura fully automatic coffee machine with 12 coffee specialities). An event with 20 participants, for example, can be booked with us including full catering from just 30 euros per participant (all prices plus VAT).

• A "coffee island", a cosy lounge corner and a large dining table are integrated directly into the seminar room for breaks.

• → Catering can be booked on request. There are also many options for using a delivery service or visiting restaurants.
