The WunderBar has been Hamburg's, if not Germany's, gay living room for 32 years now - and it's as young as when it started. Less than 100 square metres in size, hundreds of young, good-looking men crowd here weekend after weekend. Red and gold define the image: some call it opulence, others kitsch. Our guests like it. Plush with a lot of love for detail - not only the gay community feels at home in the WunderBar.

The WunderBar is open daily from 10 pm. Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday the bar becomes a party location with changing DJs and can keep up with any Hamburg gay party. Every year at the Hamburg CSD, the WunderBar is represented with a truck at the CSD parade and at the CSD street festival we offer the best drinks and the best stage programme on the WunderBar music island.
