The historic hall offers enough space for celebrations in large groups, weddings, company events, workshops, as a film set or for exhibitions. The authentic industrial charm and the location on the Saale river will make your event special.
The industrial hall is located in the middle of Merseburg, within walking distance of the city center and directly on the Saale. The walk from the main train station, which connects the town with the cities of Halle and Leipzig, takes around 17 minutes. A bus to Leipzig also stops right outside the front door. Sufficient parking spaces are available on site.
The former factory site looks back on over 120 years of Merseburg's industrial history. The once leather factory was used for tinkering, inventing and manufacturing. The factory hall is characterized by ceilings over 6m high and many original parts from the year of construction 1936, such as steel trusses or crane constructions, and thus conveys a special industrial charm. With 453 square meters, the hall offers space for a variety of uses. Whether for workshops, company celebrations or exhibitions, as a film set, for music videos or product placements. Attached are two single-storey rooms of 55 sqm and 38 sqm, which can be used for preparations and catering, for example.
The asphalted open space in front of the workshop provides the ideal setting for extending events of all kinds into the outdoor area. The covered part of the outdoor area provides direct access to the banks of the Saale and a magnificent view of the water.
