Water Tower Studio

Built in 1877, the listed water tower now offers a creative space for video, photo and audio productions, corporate events, workshops, lectures, coaching sessions and seminars. The approximately 240-square-metre loft at a height of almost 30 metres offers an incomparable 360° panoramic view over Berlin -Alexanderplatz, Grunewald, the Olympic Stadium and Teufelsberg. The ICC exhibition grounds are only 5 minutes away by car.

The bright daylit rooms have generous skylights, as well as a private terrace. In addition to the open and flexible floor plan, the loft features state-of-the-art and custom-made equipment such as an open design kitchen, a recording studio with recording booth, illuminated walls with individually programmable lighting effects, as well as silent air conditioning.

A separate server room for technical equipment, floor-recessed sockets & network connections, as well as a daylight luminous ceiling in the domed roof round off the upscale furnishings. The entire loft is barrier-free and has a lift that leads directly to the private terrace.

Rooms for costume, make-up and wardrobe can also be rented if required, and there are also sufficient parking facilities. Thus you have the best conditions to realise your project professionally and impressively and to be remembered permanently.
