The waterworks in Wilhelmsburg, which is over 100 years old, was closed down in 2008 and converted into a spectacular location for the International Garden Show 2013. The machine hall is a pearl of industrial architecture. Built in 1911, the white plastered cube-shaped building with its high sash bar windows and hipped roof is ideally integrated into the island park. The stairs of the spacious outdoor terrace lead directly to the water. This place is completed by the red clinker bricked atomization building.
Our largest location leaves nothing to be desired, there is room for every idea. As soon as you enter the waterworks, you feel comfortable. You can feel that already during the first visit - this place is unique in Hamburg.
