Prepare to be captivated by one of the most glamorous apartments in the city. As you enter through the barrier-free wide entrance, you'll find yourself immersed in the stunning art deco hall. Step onto the chessboard-like marble floor, surrounded by custom-made wallpaper adorned with themes from Jules Verne's "Around the World in 80 Days," personally selected by the owner. The breathtaking chandelier immediately catches your eye, adding a touch of grandeur to the space.

For a different perspective, ascend the elegant curved staircase to the upper floor, offering an outstanding view of the bustling atmosphere below. Alternatively, retreat to the cozy living room, perfect for smaller groups seeking solace from the excitement, and indulge in delightful conversations over drinks. The kitchen and dining room area are connected and spacious, ideal for buffet-style setups. A large round table, enveloped by expansive windows, beckons guests to celebrate the bonds of friendship while providing easy access to the balcony for a quick smoke break.
