VIVA CLARA

VIVA CLARA was founded in 1992 as a small, women*-specific employment project by Condrobs for formerly drug-addicted and substituted women*. Today, VIVA CLARA provides sheltered employment for around 40 women* from a wide range of backgrounds and has matured into a professional social catering business. Our values are reflected in all our activities through social, ecological and solidarity-based action, with the overarching aim of improving the well-being of the community.

As a social catering business, we are particularly committed to sustainability - economically, ecologically and socially - in addition to our core objective of promoting women* in the workplace.

This is why we prioritise regionality and quality whenever possible when sourcing our food. One example of this is our meat. We source this from the traditional Munich butchery Bauch, for example.

When designing our menu, we make sure to offer our customers varied, seasonal and, whenever possible, additive-free dishes that are prepared by our chef with care, nutrients and lots of love.

Our aim is to support socially disadvantaged women* who have fewer opportunities on the general labour market due to their life story and/or social background (e.g. due to mental and health impairments, single parenthood, migration/refugee background, etc.) on their way (back) into work and society and thus into a self-determined life. We focus on qualification through "training on the job", empowerment through experiences of success, socio-pedagogical support, inclusion and appreciation and, above all, one thing: humour and laughter!
