The old wood floors, high ceilings and thick brick walls create a comfortable feeling of warmth.

The large park-like property, offers countless opportunities for sports, rest and social gatherings. Thus, it has a party shed, a barbecue area and a large lawn, which can also accommodate a tent for about 200 people. Sufficient parking spaces are also available.

Villa Sana, is located in the middle of nature and yet so easy to reach. Röfingen can be reached quickly via the A8 freeway from both Stuttgart and Munich in about 1 hour. In addition, it is also located on the railroad line Stuttgart-Munich and the location between the 3 international airports of Munich, Stuttgart and Memmingen, each of which can be reached in about an hour by car, offers a good connection to air traffic.
