This impressive and fascinating building was built between 1912 and 1914 according to the design of the renowned architect Hans Scharoun. A total of 16 rooms and four magnificent fireplaces include this villa, which offers space for up to three residential units. From 2007 - 2009 and from 2018-2020, the house was renovated and refurbished in a tradition-conscious, comfortable and environmentally friendly way. High ceilings, spacious staircases as well as classic wooden box windows create an incomparable feeling of space here. Modern kitchens and bathrooms reflect the current taste of the time down to the last detail. By using high-quality materials, the unique and sophisticated style of this country villa was once again emphasized. In addition, on the lower floor there is a true wellness paradise with hammam, salt grotto and a professional fitness room.

We put to you to our splendid house, likewise our whole property, which inspires with an area of approx. 7000 m ², at the disposal.

If you want to come with means of transport, such as cars or vans, there is enough space for parking on our property, so the packing and unpacking of equipment is possible directly in front of the front door.
