• Self-cleaning 0,00 EUR / standard cleaning: hall 20,- EUR, toilets and corridor 10,- EUR

• Deposit (security deposit) 300,- EUR is required

• The deposit will be refunded after the end of the rental period, depending on any damage or in full if the room is free of defects and used in accordance with the contract

• 2 bottle fridges, kitchen unit with electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine,

• Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups are part of the basic equipment

• Tables and chairs are available

• Bright ceiling lighting that can be dimmed

• There are separate toilets for women, men and people with physical disabilities, as well as a changing table

• Terrace available, half of which can be used free of charge
