This former Protestant church from the 1960s, designed by star architect Olaf Andreas Gulbransson, has a very special charm. Reduced to the essentials, it is nevertheless an absolute eye-catcher with its simple altar, the beautiful windows in the background, which allow an incredible play of colours in the evening light, the still functioning organ and the round pointed roof with a star-shaped window in the middle.

Anyone who enters the church can elicit a "WOW".

FYI: This church was deconsecrated in 2016 and has been for sale, almost unused, ever since. It was even to be demolished to make way for a block of flats.

I have given it what I think is a good new purpose, so that this great church remains with us!

The new kitchen with cooking island and adjacent bar counter was recently installed especially for you and is already waiting to be cooked in with the extensive kitchen equipment. A dishwasher is of course available.

In the adjoining living and dining room, nothing stands in the way of cosy evenings in front of the Smart TV with Teufel sound system or extensive game nights at the 2 large dining tables. There is room for 18 people to dine comfortably in a large group.

The heaters under the benches on the circular building provide pleasant warmth.

In addition, a wood-burning stove can be fired, which provides a cosy atmosphere in winter. Enough wood is available.

The barrier-free bathroom was equipped with high-quality materials. A toilet, a chic washbasin with a large round mirror, as well as a floor-deep luxurious rain shower await you.
