A home for foodies, style-conscious people, gourmets, art lovers & design junkies: On the 2nd floor of the KOCHfabrik Campus on 435 square metres with a ceiling height of 3.5 metres, we have space for up to 180 foodies. This includes the roof terrace with 21 square metres, which is exclusively accessible from the location. The location has a flexible room concept thanks to rollable modules. A permanently installed, futuristic & clean bar counter is one of many highlights.
The Trend Lab + Loft NORD is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling window fronts, but can be completely darkened with blinds in just a few simple steps. The floor is made of poured concrete and is indestructible! Noise pollution and the associated restrictions on event times are not an issue at Trend Lab + Loft NORD, as we have no neighbouring residential areas.
