This impressive auditorium is located in the courtyard of the Campus Nord of Humboldt University in Berlin. The theater was designed and built by Carl Gotthard Langhans in 1789/90. In 2012, after extensive restoration, the building was reopened. It is the oldest and most significant preserved academic teaching building in Berlin.
