Our location is in the Alte Schnapsfabrik in Bremen's Neustadt district. A working oasis in the centre of the city. What sets us apart is our excellent location: we are just a few minutes away from the city centre, Bremen's main railway station and the Osterdeich. In other words, you can reach us quickly, but you'll also find everything you need for your event in the surrounding area: Be it the café around the corner for a break, kiosks, supermarkets, shops, parks, a bar or a restaurant to round off your event.

Our daylight-flooded rooms offer the perfect atmosphere for being creative, giving a unique presentation, developing new ideas or leading teams through a workshop together. In addition to up-to-date, variable and high-quality equipment, our room concept offers you many options for your event with up to 25 people. A large roof terrace, a flat rate for snacks & drinks and WiFi are included free of charge.

As soon as you enter the thjinkloft, you will be captivated by the special charm of our location. Comfortable armchairs invite you to linger and can be used as a chilled-out workspace. The individual rooms of our location offer you state-of-the-art equipment and individual set-up options. You can stock up on drinks and snacks in the kitchen. After a constructive afternoon, our large roof terrace is at your disposal, where you can fire up the barbecue. And by the way: we are happy to plan individual catering for you!

We communicate our prices transparently! For a full-day booking, we charge a flat-rate hire fee of €200 and a price per person of €34.90. For half-day bookings, the hire charge is €150 and the price per person is €19.90.

Price composition for a group of 5 people for a full day: Rental flat rate € 200 + group price € 174.50 = € 374.50
