The SHIP

"The Ship" is a pioneering, fully digitalised office property in Ehrenfeld. With high-end technology and a special atmosphere, "The Ship" stands for a new way of working on around 14,000 square metres: networked, agile, collaborative and innovative. Spaces for ideas are created here.

In addition to using the building as a permanent home for various start-ups and established companies, "The Ship" also offers six conference rooms in various sizes as well as a versatile restaurant area for external hire.

Accompanied by a professional team, a wide range of event formats can be realised, from simply renting out the rooms to full-service event planning, from workshops for small groups to Christmas parties for up to 180 people. Our contact persons are always available for individual planning.

The Ship" has six meeting rooms in different sizes. All of them are equipped with a high-quality infrastructure based on a smartboard screen and classic conference furniture. All other presentation and conference materials can be provided on request. In addition to the obligatory interior described above, the "MS Jupp" room also offers the option of working with different, changeable areas in flexible constellations.

Whether lunch, coffee and snacks for in-between meals or catering for conferences and events: with our in-house partner "Fancy Food", we create a personalised and balanced offer or menu for every situation.

Various conference packages can be easily booked for our meeting rooms, irrespective of the individual preparation of a catering offer. Drinks and snacks are provided in the rooms throughout the day. For lunch, we are happy to provide an area in the "Bügche" restaurant on the ground floor, just a few steps away.
