In the 3,500 square metre SVAP House designed by Heidelberg architects ap88 and SSV, sophisticated architecture meets a modern working environment. The ground floor, which accounts for around 30% of the total space, is let to seven Heidelberg-based companies from various sectors. It is also home to the Co.Working Spaces with a meeting area and a café for meeting, communicating and lingering.
How wonderful it is to be surrounded by so many people who are important to you! The rooftop lounge with its terrace and panoramic views is the perfect location to turn your next corporate event or private celebration into a wonderful experience. Around 150 people can enjoy the 155 square metres of space and 120 square metres of terrace. The openness is emphasised by the glass doors and windows that are pushed to the side and face the staircase sculpture of the inner courtyard and the terrace towards Marlene-Dietrich-Platz.
And if you need a conference room for your meeting or seminar, you will find it optionally with direct access to the lounge. Approx. 70 square metres with technical equipment and infrastructure for 25 - 50 people (depending on seating) are ideal for full concentration on the project.
