Studio Neubaugasse - Multifunktionales Loft

The multifunctional loft is located in the architectural studio of an art nouveau building, which has been adapted using mobile wall elements. Located directly on Mariahilferstraße, the 105m² Studio Neubaugasse offers the ideal setting for a variety of events in an industrial atmosphere. Our space is suitable for up to 24 people seated and up to 50 people standing, depending on the event.

The floor-free, rotating and movable wall elements allow almost unlimited room configurations. One side can be used as a full-surface magnetic pinboard, ideal for creative work. Whether it's an exclusive dinner in an open space, a small-scale workshop situation or an exhibition with free wall positioning; let your imagination run wild.

Equipped with a flexible table system, projector, sound system, A1 printer and bar area with coffee machine, the most important infrastructure is at your disposal. In consultation, we can adapt the room to your individual needs and support you with additional technology, catering and staff, both in preparation and during the event.
