Loft meets château, 70s meet art deco.

A room full of rare furniture and objects from the seventies, a huge wall panel from a French château from 1880, handmade ceiling lamps, an Art Deco style bathroom. The furniture is either rare antiques or unique pieces made in our carpentry workshop especially for the loft. And then there are the walls and ceilings, every square inch of which has been painted for weeks by a mural artist. Welcome to the eclectic STUDIO 23.

The STUDIO 23 has a large electric screen, a fixed projector and innovative sound and lighting controls that you can control from the comfort of your tablet. It has two very stylish lounge areas, one of which is equipped with a stove and a piano and can be transformed into a dance floor of over 20sqm including a disco ball if required. Another room, separated by a beautiful wall of antique windows and doors and furnished with rare furniture from the 70s, can also be used as a lounge or office. The highlight is the kitchen with the legendary Lacanche cooker from France, a built-in pasta cooker and a 3m wide cooking island made of Golem tiles and a Bora cooker. We also built a fully-equipped mobile bar out of antique wall panels for aperitifs and cocktails. The perfect setting for culinary events, shootings, parties or workshops.
