Green Indian marble paired with pink screed. Elegance combined with nonchalance. The restaurant's interior, which has been highly praised in the design press, features high-quality materials such as solid marble elements, a ceiling made of brass and apple tree wood, and art by contemporary Fotograf:innen on the wall. The concept at STANLEY stands for a cuisine that makes you want to come back again and again, because it is emotionally accessible and so perfected in its simplicity. A central product is fish from the region. The fact that regional fish, in contrast to meat, has less ecological impact to account for, for example in terms of CO2, is just as decisive for the operators. Speaking of which, the kitchen team also uses a network of mainly local producers for vegetables and fruit.
