SHEDBAU27 is a light-flooded industrial building from the 1930s, idyllically located in Rottenburg am Neckar. The former knitwear factory, later a production site for steel and metal construction, embodies authentic industrial style and creates a unique atmosphere for special occasions of all kinds thanks to the harmonious combination of old and new.
The location covers approx. 345 m² + 300 m² outdoor area (terrace + meadow) with imposing sequoia trees, Mediterranean wooden terrace, meadow and far-reaching views towards the Neckar.
Seating for a total of 80 people (seated) is included. Chairs can be lined up in front of the location for a free wedding ceremony in the garden area. Ambient lighting is available in addition to the standard lighting. A dishwashing area with coffee/tea station for smaller events or for shared use for booked catering is also available.
The rental times are daily from 8 am to midnight. The direct train connection (station "Bad Niedernau") and free parking spaces at the location and in the immediate vicinity make it easy to get here.

SHEDBAU27 is located on a private property with direct neighbours. Due to the structural conditions and the immediate proximity to several residential buildings, live or DJ music is only possible until 10 pm.
