Industrial hire location for special events and photo shoots on the Neckar
SHEDBAU27 is a light-flooded industrial building from the 1930s, idyllically situated in Rottenburg am Neckar. The former knitwear factory, later a production site for steel and metal construction, embodies authentic industrial style and creates a unique atmosphere for special occasions of all kinds thanks to the harmonious combination of old and new.
The location covers approx. 345 m² + 300 m² outdoor area (terrace + meadow) with imposing sequoia trees, Mediterranean wooden terrace, meadow and far-reaching views towards the Neckar.
Seating for a maximum of 80 people (seated) is included. Chairs can be lined up in front of the location for a free wedding ceremony in the garden area. Ambient lighting is available in addition to the standard lighting. A dishwashing area with coffee/tea station for smaller events or for shared use for booked catering is also available.
The rental times are daily from 8 am to midnight. The direct train connection (station "Bad Niedernau") and free parking spaces at the location as well as in the immediate vicinity allow for an uncomplicated arrival.

In order to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests and residents during the booking period, the following volume regulations apply in the Shedbau:
Music until 22:00: up to 85 dB
22:00-24:00: Music at room volume up to 75 dB
DJs and own sound equipment are not permitted
Technical equipment on site
We provide professional loudspeakers and a mixer to which a laptop or smartphone can be connected. Our technology is already set so that the volume control is automatically maintained. The use of your own technology is therefore not permitted.
