A classic quayside shed from the imperial era, listed as a historical monument, one of the few still standing and the only one available for events. An incomparable atmosphere reflects a century of harbour and maritime history, right on the waterfront, with a dream view over the Elbe to Hamburg's city panorama.

Space for up to 3,000 people on around 6,000 square metres, flexible and divisible according to requirements, with modern infrastructure. Only a few minutes by car from the city centre or motorway, with ample parking space, or accessible by boat. An event could not be more Hamburg-like.

The spaciousness of the imposing hall and its extraordinary variability make it ideal for organising a wide variety of events: Sophisticated product presentations and trade fairs, large parties or exclusive gala dinners, concerts, shows or film screenings, congresses, conferences and workshops, film and photo productions.
