What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?
In addition to almost 20 years of experience in the event and catering industry, we also bring a deep connection to the region to the table. This is reflected in many things. In addition to the cakes from the Hoppe bakery next door and what we think is the tastiest pea soup in the world from our Heideschlachter Dehning butcher, we also offer a refreshingly sustainable selection of drinks with vegan and certified organic wines, fair fritz-kola and support the Viva con Aqua projects. Sustainability is very important to us - and not just on the food and drinks menu.
We are also a member of the "Active for the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park" alliance, which we support as a partner.
