Satellite Office Zürcherhof

In a prominent location on Bellevueplatz in Zurich, the historic "Zürcherhof" building has been converted into a first-class office building. The first Satellite Office at Bahnhofstrasse 10 in Zurich was opened back in 2016. Following Zurich I and Geneva, this is another joint project with PSP Swiss Property.

The new satellite office at Limmatquai 4 in Zurich has a high-quality fit-out and attractive outdoor areas with additional balconies and an idyllic roof terrace. The "Zürcherhof" is particularly attractive due to its location in the historic old town directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. At the same time, the transport links directly to Bellevue are excellent. The ground floor of the new satellite office will be home to small shops and a café, further enhancing the attractive surroundings. In total, there are 85 workstations, 28 offices, a fireside lounge, two meeting rooms, digital rooms, silent cubes and phone booths.
