The Schabbelhaus zu Lübeck consists of 2 historic merchants' houses in Mengstraße 48 and 50. We have 9 very different rooms, some of which can be used as a separee.
The restaurant has a total of 220 seats.
House 48 consists of the following rooms: Diele ( 30-60 seats, on the gallery again 12 P.), Gelber Salon ( 2-6 P.)
Landscape Room* with access to the garden ( 6-20 p.) On the 1st floor there is Schabbel's Good Room* ( 2-6 p. also suitable as a smoking room) and the Thomas Mann Room* ( 4-10 p.).
House 50: Hall (30-60 p. on the gallery for another 16 p.) Boardroom* (2-10 p.), Red Salon* (2-6 p.)
Season room* with connection to the garden ( 6-20 p.)
Rooms marked with an asterisk can be used as a separee.
Our beautiful garden behind the house has about 60 seats.
