Take advantage of exceptional branding opportunities to present your event in your village. Change the village sign with your company or event logo, give the streets names with products or personalities of your company, decorate the lanterns with flags or burn yourself on the way to the evening event with a torch logo in the memory of the participants.

The most important argument in connection with "living" is the statement: "We live with our hosts in the village" !
In plain language: There is no large hotel with several hundred equivalent rooms, but there are different categories of accommodation. Please forget the word categories and replace it with "host". Some hosts own a four-star hotel, others a nice bed and breakfast. Of course, a minimum standard is guaranteed in the room equipment (room with shower / bath / WC, Tel). Breakfast is standardised and corresponds to the breakfast buffet of a four-star hotel.

In a "prize draw" - the key raffle - the participants draw room lots and thus their accommodation for the next few days. Of course it is also possible to book the rooms in advance. But it is also a sign of solidarity if the CEO lives in a pension and the employee has perhaps drawn a ticket for the 4*S hotel.

You will receive luggage tags for the towed accommodation (these will attach them to your luggage and we will distribute them to the accommodation). Participants will find important information such as a local map (also in digital form on request) with the relevant event points, accommodation and programmes in the documents handed over. As a rule, most accommodation establishments are within walking distance.
