The creative loft RAUM12 inspires with a fully equipped creative level in a second-hand design concept and the most attractive location on the Rhine - in the middle of Cologne's Rheinau harbour! Experience the unique business atmosphere next to top companies based in Cologne in the heart of the Rheinauhafen harbour: you will find us directly between the famous crane houses.

The location is integrated into the SESSELKAMPAGNE spatial concept. The furnishings are almost entirely second-hand and are intended to inspire ecologically sustainable decisions in furniture consumption. Renowned companies from Cologne and the surrounding area use the new partner location of its big sister in KRANHAUS Nord for meetings, workshops, team events and much more.

Permanent use? You can also rent RAUM12 in Rheinauhafen as a day office for employees or as a permanent workspace for your small teams.
