What sustainability initiatives does the venue implement?

- Since June 2012, we have been heating our adult hotel with locally grown energy sources (wood chips): The wood chip biomass cogeneration plant provides the energy for our heating and hot water.
- Our employees also enjoy a true feel-good climate in the low-energy Posthotel refuge.
- Natural products from "alpienne" (climate-neutral production) give you beauty and well-being.
- The crystal-clear, refreshing water comes from our own spring.
- We bake fragrant, crispy bread in our own bread oven according to an old recipe or buy it from the neighbouring bakery.
- We breed fallow deer in our own enclosure on the hotel's own golf course.
- We also use environmentally friendly and ecological detergents and cleaning agents.
