Speyer's oldest inn is the only largely preserved house from the Renaissance period in Speyer's old town. It survived the great city fire and housed Landgrave Philipp I during the imperial days.
The stylishly furnished event location manages the balancing act between privacy in the cosy bistro and space for large groups in the hall. The old floorboards, the stage and the enchanted courtyard invite you to celebrate with excellent regional and international cuisine and Palatinate wines.
The high ceiling, the large windows and the quaint floorboards create a place whose charm everyone succumbs to. At long tables or in small seating groups, up to 130 guests can comfortably enjoy their meal here. The adjoining dance area with stage is separated from the rest of the hall by a large glass front. Nothing stands in the way of pleasant conversations and exuberant dancing. The ideal setting for balmy summer nights is the enchanted inner courtyard.
The botanical gem in the middle of the building ensemble acquires its special charm through the interplay of lush vegetation and historic walls. This unique place offers space for romantic dinners, lavish barbecue buffets and cheerful parties. The garden, which appears enchanted in the evening light, meets the demands of both romantics and friends of a successful ambience.
