Philiaz

The Philiaz is a unique jewel in the heart of South Tyrol with a direct view of Lake Kaltern. An ideal place to celebrate parties, hold meetings and possibly even weddings.

The Philiaz consists of 3 locations:

• The Chef Room with seating for 35 people + separate terrace with seating for another 10-12 people.

• The restaurant/bar area with seating for 80 people + possibly the bar, thus 100 people + private, separate terrace with another 30 people.

• The lounge terrace with direct view of the vineyards (ideal for the Welcomeaperitiv)

• Panoramic terrace with direct view of the lake, seating for up to 200 people.

For the purpose of party location, we can play each room separately with our Boose system.

Lounge restaurant / bar and reception 180 sqm

Chef room 60 sqm + terrace 30 sqm

Own car park that can accommodate up to 72 cars.
