As an extension of the covered market hall, the Haus am See offers southern European flair under the open sky in Florence on the Elbe. "Why wander off into the distance? See the good lies so near." The words, which borrow from the opening verses of Goethe's quatrain "Remembrance," aptly express the intent of Pop Up Art with the Haus am See. It is the longing for a vacation untroubled by worries, in which one can let one's soul dangle by the lake far into the warm evening hours with a sea of lights reflected in the water, without knowing a tomorrow.
