Officina Civica

Officina Civica is a multipurpose venue, capable of hosting 200 people, suitable for musical events, conferences, meetings, theatre performances, workshops, presentations, company meetings, training courses, photo and video sets and private parties. The space can be divided into different sections, with the possibility of renting it out for exclusive use.

The detached building is the ideal space for private parties, graduation and corporate parties, as it is located in a non-residential area without the risk of disturbing public peace.

The short distance from Florence Peretola airport, Florence and Prato train stations, the motorway exits of Calenzano (on A1) and Prato Est (on A11) and the large outdoor parking lot make it a perfect location also for events with travelling guests.

Thanks to the parquet laminate floor the venue is particularly suitable for dance events (tango, latin, ballroom...) and activities that require floor work, such as yoga, body work out or acting workshops.

The venue can be used in its entire surface for stage shows or musical tours, having no architectural barriers and a 5X4X0.6m stage, which can be arranged in different layouts. The outside area is a pleasant extension of the venue for outdoor events and the adjacent parking makes the loading and unloading of equipment very convenient.
