Event location & nature hotel in the centre of the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve. A place that connects: The old with the new. Tradition with zeitgeist. And above all: guests with each other. Because the spirit at the Maisenburg is to enjoy the moment together.

When fresh snow has fallen up here, you sit by the fireplace, make bread over the fire bowl outside or enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley from the infinity terrace: These are the Maisenburg moments! Unique, unforgettable, almost magical. Images and emotions that become very special memories. Situated in the centre of the biosphere reserve, this location is an experience all year round.

Each event is unique and individually designed. There is space for up to 200 guests. Depending on the number of people, we offer different rooms, from the "Großer Stall" to the "Maisennest" and the "Alter Saustall". Thanks to our canopies and heated pagoda tents, outdoor events can also be held outside in the cold or light rain.
Our catering partners offer a wide range of dishes with fresh interpretations of the classics: goose is roasted outside on the barbecue during the Christmas season, a walking dinner provides stimulating conversation, raclette and fondue culminate in a chocolatey surprise. The Maisenburg's cuisine bears the signature of Markus Stoll - the passionate amateur chef regularly gives courses and runs a deer farm. Entertainment is also provided on request: guests can practise their curling, there are waffles and mulled gin by the fire ring or you can fortify yourself with a delicious surprise snack during the torch-lit hike. And a DJ afterwards? There's no closing time up here.
