The Monkeys Music Club in the heart of Hamburg Ottensen has been a central meeting place for music lovers since 2015. Under the motto ‘KEEPING THE MUSIC ALIVE!’, the club regularly hosts concerts from genres such as punk, oi, rockabilly, folk, soul and rock. In addition to live music events, the club also hosts comedy events such as ‘Freche Möwe Stand-up Comedy’.
The club offers organisers the opportunity to hire the premises for events such as Christmas parties, birthday parties, private parties, podcasts, live recordings, concerts, record release parties and dance and music workshops. The club has a stage with a wooden dance floor and a cosy pub with freshly tapped beer. The maximum capacity is 350 people, which makes it ideal for medium-sized events.
