The MietEventClub is located in the heart of Dresden in the industrial estate (with parking facilities).

It is designed for every occasion. Whether Latin, techno party, youth consecration, birthday, wedding ... Everyone is welcome & can rent.

The ground floor has 250m2 inside for approx. 100 people (with an outdoor area of 750m2) with men's, women's & IV WCs. An additional shower is also available. This can also be used as a cloakroom for approx. 100 jackets (with the respective cloakroom signs). Changing facilities with lockable lockers (at least 100 lockers), a great bar, stage with shower on top & 2 perspex swing highlights that you won't find anywhere else. There is a changing room for any stage performers at the stage, inaccessible to visitors.

The DesignBar is absolutely unique & has a double & single drinks fridge, a gastro ice cube, coffee and crockery machine, plenty of different glasses/club mugs, a fridge and a bar. glasses/club mugs, cups, crockery, cutlery & a storage area next to it. The rollable lounge furniture can also be put together as overnight accommodation with the specially made lorry tarpaulin design cushions. Just don't forget your sleeping bags in this case.

The brick-built glass block lounge tables are also stylish. These can be made in any colour or colour change.... The backrest cushions can be illuminated to match... As this is a new building, the latest air conditioning technology has been installed. Light and sound technology is available as well as a projector and walls and a VIP seating area. Up to 60 white-covered seats for meals would also be possible.

The outdoor area impresses with the pool, sauna/garden house, stone shower, outdoor bar & stage also with projector & wall, barbecue area & many sunbathing & seating options. Absolutely a cosy place with lots of greenery.

You can hire everything, some of it or just the location.
