The MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN is...
...versatile:
MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN offers 6000 square metres of space and is the perfect venue for trade fairs, exhibitions, company celebrations, concerts and many other event formats.
...adaptable:
The site has a total of six halls of different sizes and a covered outdoor area. This means that MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN can be flexibly adapted to individual needs and wishes of all kinds. Whether one or all halls, large or small event, we'll make it work!
...right in the centre:
The MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN is characterised in particular by its convenient location at the A3/A45 motorway junction. This means that the location can be reached from any direction. In addition, with over 600 free parking spaces, the event site offers sufficient space to welcome guests.
...delicious:
The catering varies from small snacks to large main courses. Fish, meat, vegetarian or vegan - MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN leaves nothing to be desired, neither in terms of food nor drinks.
...sustainable:
Regional and seasonal products for catering, own electricity generation through solar panels on the roofs, regional service provider network. MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN goes to great lengths to act sustainably and endeavours to keep its ecological footprint to a minimum. Events are fun, but only if they don't harm the environment.
...a place full of opportunities to realise new ideas, experience wonderful moments and organise events together.
Unfortunately, the event industry is not a pioneer when it comes to sustainability. We at MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN are certain that if we want to continue organising and hosting events in the future without causing long-term damage to the environment and younger generations, something has to change. But where do you start?
Our first big step towards sustainable events is certification in accordance with ISO 20121, which we are aiming for in 2024. The standard is industry-specific and deals with all three pillars of sustainability, i.e. economy, ecology and social issues. This enables us to ensure that MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN not only pays attention to environmental aspects, but also operates a comprehensively sustainable event management system. Since October 2023, we have also had a colleague in the team for the first time who, as the Sustainable Event Management Officer, is working intensively on this extensive topic.
The following are just a few of the other measures we took before deciding to seek certification:
Since 2010, around 900 solar modules on some of the roofs of the exhibition halls have ensured that around 200,000 kilowatt hours per year are fed into the public electricity grid
In addition, two e-charging stations are available at the MESSE CAMPUS MAINHAUSEN
We pay attention to barrier-free access
We try to work together with regional service providers as far as possible and constantly expand our network around our location
Not only our service providers should come from the region, but also the catering offer. We make sure that the food at our events is as regional and seasonal as possible.
Rent can be extended beyond the indicated period upon mutual agreement.
