Large room with over 120m² in the centre of Würzburg. Own entrance. Can be used flexibly for meetings, parties or sports courses, e.g. dance classes.

For meetings & workshops, an 85-inch TV is available as a presentation surface as well as a flipchart and plenty of power sockets.

The acoustic ceiling ensures pleasant sound and low noise levels throughout the room. The sound system sounds even better and you can talk in peace without shouting against the echo of the other guests.

A mirrored wall is ideal for dance classes, for example. The large windows provide sufficient light during the day. The lighting is dimmable and can be adjusted from very bright to cosy. Party lighting is also available. Speakers evenly distributed throughout the room and our sound technology ensure very good sound. The equipment with tables, chairs etc. can be provided flexibly by arrangement. A separate catering kitchen and three cold rooms can be used by arrangement. Access is possible via a separate staircase or, if required, via a lift. Three parking spaces are available for the organiser in the building, free parking is available on the Talavera about five minutes away, and additional parking spaces are available on the Main and in car parks nearby. The Talavera can sometimes be occupied, e.g. for public festivals.
