MALZFABRIK

The Malzfabrik industrial monument is home and communication centre to various companies and projects from the creative, art and cultural sectors. The Wilhelminian clinker brick buildings - once Europe's largest malt production facility - have their own charm and offer exceptional space for new impulses and creative dialogue. The Malzfabrik is well suited as a film and photo location as well as for event productions, e.g. in the form of product presentations, parties, larger company celebrations (indoor and outdoor) and workshops. With 9 buildings, almost 27,500 sqm of floor space and 5,500 sqm of open-air space, the area offers several renovated event spaces as well as plenty of ideal locations for film and photo shoots in the unrenovated factory rooms.

The variety of room situations, with daylight coming in, long corridors, but also rooms that are not lit during the day, creates a unique motif. The area is being extensively restored and ecologically optimised to preserve its character. The Malzfabrik - an authentic place where users and visitors of our spaces can exchange ideas and be inspired in a positive atmosphere.

MALZFABRIK EVENT GMBH

From a music label made up of friends to the Malzfabrik event service. In 2006, a network of artists and creative people got together, moved to the listed Malzfabrik site and fell in love with every square metre. The Malzfabrik Event GmbH was formed through the dedication to the location and since then has been serving all facets of the event sector at this extraordinary location with its special premises.

As exclusive partners in the event & motif sector, we - Doreen Götze, Tina Ellerbrock and Reiner Burkert - make our contribution to the Malzfabrik brand and to sustainability in the event sector. Of course with a full service from a single source.

RENTING
Motif or event - as the Malzfabrik's rental partner, we are the contact for all short-term enquiries. We know each location like the back of our hand and are ready to answer all your questions. A generous outdoor area and locations in a mix of refurbished event spaces and untouched factory rooms offer variety, character and scope to let off steam.

ORGANISATION
Before, in the middle and after - we provide support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of every event.

TECHNIQUE
Permanently installed sound and lighting technology in the event rooms is the basis, and our technical experts fulfil further wishes.
