LOFT STUDIOS 1 is a rental daylight studio with individual loft character in a former 70s industrial building with freight elevator.

LOFT STUDIOS 1 is available as a film/video, interview and photo studio, as a showroom for photo shoots, castings, fashion shows, events, workshops, business meetings, seminars, coaching, as a conference room or for art exhibitions as well as for editorial and commercial productions.

The studio is located in the industrial area in Hattersheim am Main, between Frankfurt am Main and Wiesbaden.

The studio is one of two studios in a former 70's industrial building and is characterized by its loft-like character. The 230 sqm are divided into different areas and combine modern with old, industry with design. You can furnish it as you like.

Thanks to variable furniture in industrial style, various design classics and unusual decoration, many different backdrops can be
created
for photo and
video shoots.

For events with customers and business partners, Loft Studio 1 offers a creative and inspiring setting that clearly stands out from the usual conference rooms and showrooms.

For large projects you can combine Studios 1 + 2 (with freight elevator)! (On request)
Besides its unique character, the location has other advantages:

The kitchen with dining table for up to 30 people, WLAN and air-play stereo system allows for relaxing breaks between shoots, shootings and meetings
